We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock shortages or incorrect customer information.

Blumelon may offer payment by bank transfer, cash on delivery in selected areas, or other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Products remain the property of Blumelon until full payment has been received.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery is available within Nigeria.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and do not constitute a guarantee.

Blumelon shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, government actions, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.

  1. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Due to the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, special return conditions apply.

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for return or exchange subject to approval by Blumelon.

For hygiene, health and safety reasons, period underwear, underwear and other intimate products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once the original packaging has been opened, removed, damaged or altered.

Products that have been worn, washed, tried on, used or otherwise handled beyond reasonable inspection are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

If you receive a defective product, a damaged product or an incorrect item, you must notify Blumelon within 24 hours of delivery by contacting support@blumelon.ng and providing photographs of the issue.

Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit or refund at Blumelon's sole discretion.

  1. PROMOTIONAL CODES

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn, modified or cancelled at any time. Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
