REFUND POLICY

At Blumelon, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, strict return and refund rules apply.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

  1. GENERAL RULE

All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Because Blumelon sells period underwear and other intimate apparel, products cannot be returned once opened, worn, washed, tried on, used or removed from their original packaging.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following products are not eligible for return, exchange or refund:

Period underwear.

Underwear and intimate apparel.

Products with opened packaging.

Products that have been worn.

Products that have been washed.

Products showing signs of use.

Products damaged by the customer.

Products returned without original packaging.

Products purchased during clearance, promotional or special sales unless defective.

For hygiene, health and safety reasons, these restrictions are strictly enforced without exception.

  1. ELIGIBLE REFUND REQUESTS

Refunds or replacements may only be considered if:

The wrong product was delivered.

The product arrived damaged.

The product contains a manufacturing defect.

The product was substantially different from the item ordered.

  1. CLAIM PERIOD

Any claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may be rejected without review.

  1. EVIDENCE REQUIREMENT

To request a refund or replacement, customers must provide:

Order number.

Full name.

Photographs of the product.

Photographs of the packaging.

A detailed description of the issue.

Blumelon reserves the right to request additional information before reviewing any claim.

  1. INSPECTION AND REVIEW

All claims are reviewed individually.

Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval.

Blumelon retains sole discretion to determine whether a refund, replacement or store credit will be granted.

The decision of Blumelon shall be final.

  1. REFUND METHOD

If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

Shipping fees, delivery fees and transaction fees are non-refundable.

  1. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return results from an error made by Blumelon.

Blumelon is not responsible for products lost, damaged or delayed during return shipment.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins.

Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  1. REFUSED DELIVERIES

If a customer refuses delivery after shipment has been dispatched, Blumelon reserves the right to deduct all shipping, handling, administrative and transaction costs from any approved refund.

  1. PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Products purchased using promotional codes, discount campaigns, giveaway offers or special promotions may not be eligible for refunds except where required by applicable law.

  1. FRAUD PREVENTION

Blumelon reserves the right to reject any refund request that appears fraudulent, abusive, misleading or inconsistent with this policy.

Accounts associated with suspicious activity may be restricted, suspended or permanently blocked.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under Nigerian law, Blumelon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the purchase, use or inability to use any product.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any dispute arising under this Refund Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria.
